Thank you so much for providing such outstanding service at my mother's recent birthday party. You not only provided a banquet fit for a king but in such quantity that I was convinced there would be a great deal left over: I think the best compliment that anyone can pay is the way that the crowd kept coming back for more. At the end, we had absolutely nothing left except a large number of very replete and happy guests.
My wife in particular was absolutely delighted. We both lead busy lives and to entertain such a large crowd at your home brings a degree of stress. The courtesy, professionalism and sheer enthusiasm of your staff made the day so stress-free that she is already plotting the next party.

I would like to express my thanks to you for the delightful meal which you prepared for us on the occasion of my wife's surprise birthday party. She had always expressed a desire to try your catering and the mean came fully up to her expectations.
The selection of canapés was wonderful, almost a full dinner in their own right. The salmon pate and duck confit were out of this world and I cannot wait for the opportunity to try them again.
The beef, it goes without saying, was stupendous, so full of flavour and the knife slid through it like butter. Please would you pass on our thanks and appreciation to your butcher.
As we have had your patisserie before, we knew what to expect. It was as good as ever and the selection you chose was marvellous.
I have no reservations in recommending your catering to my friends and colleagues, and my daughter, who lives in London and travels a lot, said that it came up to top international standards.
